Our Glow-Up Facials include deep cleansing, exfoliation, lymphatic facial massage, hydration, and premium skincare tailored to your needs.
9 / What if I have extensions, thick, or long hair?
No problem. We ask for a $10 add-on for those with thick hair, extensions, or hair past the shoulders to allow additional treatment time and drying. This ensures you get the full benefit of our service without being rushed.
10 / Can I come in with my partner or a group?
Yes! We offer Couples & Besties sessions and can accommodate up to 4 guests per session. Each person must book their own appointment at the same time slot. For larger groups or special occasions, feel free to call us directly for assistance in reserving your time.
11 / Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes! Gift certificates are available and make a thoughtful gift for any occasions. You can purchase them online or in person since we offer digital and physical certificates available. They can be applied to any of our services or products.

We offer, 60, 90, and 120-minute sessions depending on your selected package. Every session includes scalp consultation, treatment, and a blow dry (if hair length allows).
14 / Can I shop for products used during the treatment?
Yes! We offer a carefully selected collection of natural, non-toxic, vegan, cruelty-free scalp and hair care products. These are both available both in-store and online through our website. We're working on it.
15 / What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a fee. We understand that life happens and emergencies can arise. Our team thoughtfully prepares each experience in advance, and your appointment time is reserved just for you.
